I can't find how to insert inline <code> blocks in the blocks editor. I have to copy-paste from existing code blocks to get it working.

Hi Tech Author, thanks for reaching out to us. You can choose the inline code from the slash menu "/". As a quick workaround, kindly provide "ctrl+e" to make the content as inline code. 
I've attached a screenshot for your reference, kindly have a look.
