Teams that already maintain article descriptions outside the product, or that cannot generate descriptions automatically, currently have no way to bring that content into the AI & search description fields except by typing each one into the editor individually.

Add a bulk import option (for example, a CSV or spreadsheet upload) that lets users map article or category identifiers to description text and apply them across multiple items in one action, alongside the existing manual and AI-generation methods.

Benefit: Teams can populate accurate, pre-written descriptions across many articles at once, far faster than entering them one by one, without depending on automatic content generation.
