The ability to edit, relink, or unlink hyperlinks within the project directly would be highly beneficial. Currently, the manual process of performing these tasks can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with large volumes of content. Having a feature that allows for centralized management of hyperlinks within the project would significantly streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
- Time-consuming manual process: Editing, relinking, or unlinking hyperlinks in large content volumes requires significant time and effort.
- Error-prone: Manual editing increases the risk of errors such as missing or broken links, impacting the credibility and usability of the content.

Lavender Bee thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. Apart from the support for link analytics Document360 offers, you would like to have a separate page or section in the application to display just the links that are associated in the articles and allow the users to edit these links which would also update the articles revision history as well. Can you confirm on this expectation and add any other scenarios if need be?

Magnificent Grasshopper This would be useful for me as well. Another scenario is when cloning articles with internal anchors/links.
Current scenario: article with name myArticleOG has an internal anchor "please refer to myArticleOG#Important-Sub-Heading for more details." When I clone myArticleOG to myArticleCloned, the internal anchor is still myArticleOG#Important-Sub-Heading, which when clicked will bring the reader to the original article.
Ideal scenario: when myArticleOG is cloned (and renamed to myArticleCloned), it would be efficient for all internal anchors to be changed from myArticleOG#Important-Sub-Heading to myArticleCloned#Important-Sub-Heading.
