Blinking cursor in Widget when Eddy fetches response

When Eddy AI is used on the published site, a blinking cursor appears while the answer is being fetched. That gives users a clear signal to wait. In the KB widget, there is no such indication.
The customer needs to add a loader or similar visual in the widget AI flow to show that the system is retrieving a response.

From a usability perspective, this is important. When there is no visual feedback, the logged in user may assume the system is unresponsive or that the request failed. A loader or typing indicator in the KB widget AI flow sets the right expectation and clearly signals that a response is being retrieved.
