It would be wonderful to have a more comprehensive Slack integration, including the ability to have a title "Alias" so we can rename "Doc360" in slack to our internal branding. It would also be great to open articles/see article previews directly in Slack when searching, so our users do not have to leave Slack to get the answers they need.
