Thiru sorry if I didn't make it clear. I'd like to get a possibility to have a link in the TOC. This way you can click on an article/ category in the TOC and instead of opening an article, you get redirected to an external page. Now if I want to redirect users to our API docs, I need to create a "stub" article with a link in the article's body.

@magda m can you elaborate more on this? our understanding from the above stated request if the article / category contains data about API then it should be easily categorized as this belongs to API? In that case we can use tags to identify them as well. Let us know otherwise.
