Add a Backup and Restore capability to the Interactive Decision Tree section to prevent accidental data loss. Since this capability is currently missing, introduce a temporary, precise confirmation banner when deleting a decision tree to reduce the risk of unintentional deletion.

Problem Statement

The current implementation allows users to delete an Interactive Decision Tree without any recovery option. This creates a high risk of permanent data loss, especially for complex or long-maintained trees. The existing deletion flow does not provide sufficient feedback or safeguards.
