Back cover page in PDF template

Hi!
when creating the PDF export template I can add a cover page, but for legal purposes there is a requirement to have a back cover page too. If i create it as an article - it appears in the table of content (which looks weird). So i would request you to add option to add a back cover page when creating a PDF template.

Hi Minimal Rooster,
Thank you for sharing this request. We understand the need for a back cover page in PDF exports, especially for legal or compliance-related documentation, and why adding it as an article isn’t ideal since it appears in the table of contents.
To better understand your requirements and evaluate the best approach, could you help clarify a few points?
Should the back cover page be:
A static template (similar to the cover page), or
Dynamically generated based on export details?
Would you expect the back cover to be:
Mandatory for certain templates, or
Optional and configurable per export?
What kind of content needs to appear on the back cover (e.g., legal text, branding, contact details)?
Should the back cover be excluded from the table of contents by default?
Is this requirement specific to certain projects or industries, or expected to be available generally?
Your inputs will help us assess feasibility and design this in a way that best fits your workflow.

Hi Kavya,
Thank you for your quick response.
A static template similar to a cover page should be sufficient, and it would be great if certain templates could be set as mandatory.
The back cover is reserved for legal symbols (e.g., the manufacturer symbol), along with the corresponding manufacturer information and contact details. I’m also required to include a short text section with online links. So adding images and text would be required. The ability to realign text and image freely would be greatly appreciated (what I mean here is in-line image insertion).
P.S. Now that you mention it, I’d prefer the cover page to be configurable per export, since legal requirements mean some cover information must be updated each time (like the release date or documentation number).
