Autosave feature
Jan Gercak
The current editor, albeit advanced, does not support any autosaving. In addition to this, Docs360 lets you close a tab (with content that you worked on for hours) without any warning/check if you really want to close the tab. This means you can easily lose hours of content, and need to save every few minutes. At this point it is better to write elsewhere (e.g. GDocs) and only paste into Docs360.

Dear Jan,
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to inform you that the autosave functionality is already available in Document360. Your content will automatically be saved every 5 seconds. With our latest update in June, you will receive real-time notifications if your system disconnects from the internet, ensuring no data loss.
However, we currently do not support autosave for templates. If this is what you are referring to, please let us know. Autosave for templates is on our roadmap for future development. If you are experiencing issues with the autosave functionality in the editor, we would be happy to get on a call with you or involve our support team to address your concerns.
We appreciate your input and patience.
Best regards,
Document360 Team

Jan Gercak - Are you saying that the old WYSIWYG editor autosaves and the new WYSIWIG editor does not?
Jan Gercak
Stephen Kairys AFAIK autosave was never a feature
Stephen Kairys
Jan Gercak Pardon my confusion but when I work in old SYSIWYG editor, the content saves automatically every few seconds as I type. Please clarify. Thanks.
