Automatically Sync Article Content Between Doc360 & Intercom

Provide an integration between Doc360 and Intercom that automatically syncs any new articles and article updates made in Doc360 over to Intercom. This would allow my team to use Doc360 to create and maintain articles while also allowing our Support team to continue to use Intercom's support and help features. All articles would be stored in both Intercom and Doc360. However, any articles updates made in Doc360 or Intercom should be synced back to the other system in order to maintain parity between the two sets of articles. This feature request would be an alternative to allowing Intercom to actually use Doc360 article content when using the Intercom Chat Bot to recommend articles.

Any new articles or updates made in Document360 would automatically sync to Intercom’s Help Center.
Similarly, any edits made in Intercom would sync back to Document360, ensuring both systems remain in sync.
This would allow your team to manage content in Document360 while ensuring your Support team can continue using Intercom without manual duplication.
