When an author edits an already published article, Document360 should automatically highlight the content that was added, modified, or removed. When the updated article is shared for review, reviewers should be able to identify and review the changes directly within the article instead of opening a separate version-comparison screen.
After the review is completed, authors should be able to remove all change highlighting with a single or minimal clicks. Alternatively, Document360 should automatically remove the highlighting when the article is published so that readers see the content normally.
This Track Changes–style functionality would help reviewers focus only on updated content, reduce review time, and prevent important changes from being overlooked.
