Currently, AI Assistive Search configuration changes are not tracked in audit logs.

This limits visibility into when and how settings are modified, leading to challenges in debugging and unexpected credit usage.

It would be great to have the team audit logs for the one highlighted below. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
