The audit log should be searchable, or at least filterable to specific articles.
While there is the Revision History section at the article level, it doesn't include actions like hiding an article or relocating it.

Thank you for sharing this feedback.
We understand the need for a more searchable and filterable audit log, especially to track article-specific actions like visibility changes or relocations, which are not fully covered in the current Revision History.
We’ll take this as an improvement request and add it to our backlog. This will be evaluated based on priority, scope, and customer traction as part of future enhancements.
We’ll share updates if this gets picked up in upcoming planning cycles.
