Ask Eddy - Feedback

Hi Team,
One of our customers provided the below feedback/suggestions when they tried to enable the Ask Eddy feature.
• Ask your engineers to decouple the index process from turning the feature on so that we can specifically turn the feature on when we have the time to test. I'm afraid that the feature might complete its indexing when Kenny and I aren't working. This presents two issues: end users could potentially access "Ask Eddy" before we are ready to present it as an option for usage. Second, we only have 50 search credits in the trial, so if end users are able to use those credits, then we won't have the ability to test the new functionality.
• Add an "estimated time to complete indexing" feature when turning Ask Eddy on so that we can make rough estimates of when to return to D360 to check on the indexing status.
• How can we determine which articles Eddy crawls within our help center instance? We'd likely want certain articles to be withheld.
• There's also the more general question of wondering how often the help center would be crawled for updates, new articles, or articles that have been deprecated and therefore should no longer have information appearing in generative results.
Looking forward to your response. Thank you!

Venkatesh KG Thanks for our Airtable customers to try this feature and share feedbacks. Kindly find the below responses:
- Okay, after indexing the users would like to evaluate this first before opening for the readers. We will consider this and take it up for analysis.
- The estimated time to complete indexing may vary between projects, based on number of articles and infra-related queues. So identifying and sharing this information has to be evaluated in detail before we consider it for roadmap.
- In a project, for instance, deprecated articles are not considered for indexing and search results. May we know any other such status or criteria users would like to avoid from indexing?
- With regards to helpcenter, need more info on this. Only articles in the documentation will be considered for "Ask Eddy" search information.
