When a user is assigned to any workflow or mentioned in the workflow assignment message, they do not receive email unless we enable the 'Article workflow assignee updated' notification event.

It would be very helpful to receive a notification whenever we mention users while updating the workflow status, even if events are not enabled in the notification mapping.
