I would like to add articles to our knowledge base that should not show up in the regular folder + article display on the left of the knowledge base, but they should be found when people search for them.

Hi Shakeer Hussain S: I am not sure if I understand your comment correctly. I had asked for articles to be found in the search when hidden, but you describe that this is not the case. So I believe that this does not align with our needs. Apologies if I misunderstood your comment.

Hi Shakeer Hussain S: Christopher is asking for guides to be hidden from the folders but still searchable. I am asking for the guides to be hidden from the folders and search but accessible via their link. Both these options would be very useful functionality.

It would be cool to go one step further and have guides that were hidden from the search and from the folders on the left of the knowledgebase but it can be asked from the link only.
