Article Dependencies Across Multiple Languages

Currently, when importing Word documents or creating articles in one language, the system automatically generates corresponding articles in all other languages. This also results in duplicate articles when pre-translated content is uploaded. To streamline the process and reduce manual rework, it would be beneficial to implement an option to either:
- Prevent automatic creation of articles in multiple languages, or
- Eliminate the dependency among articles in different languages.
This would help in managing translated content more effectively and avoid unnecessary duplication.

I suggest that it becomes an option to deactivate or keep, when you import a file. This way, when the file imported already has it's translated counterpart, you can turn off the creation of a duplicate file... and when you import a file that would need translating then you would want to leave your dependency active.
