Apply table header styling to a column

In some cases, it is necessary for the first column of a table to be formatted with header style (shaded background, bold text), as well as the first row of the table being styled that way. It is not currently possible to click in a table column and specify that it must be styled with header style. Currently the only way is to manually style each cell in that column.

Need a way to tag a column or row as a header. I've had to update numerous articles with old formatting, and I'm having to manually edit code to make rows or columns headers.
!! There needs to be an option in the table menu, when an entire row or column is selected, to mark them as headers.

Additional problem is that it is currently not possible to apply the same table header hex colour to another table cell. For example, the background colour for table header cells in our site is f5f5f5, but this colour is not available from the colour chooser when you place the cursor in another cell of the table.

Hi Celestial blue Jaguar, thanks for reaching out. In our advanced WYSIWYG editor, we have included a specific section that will allow you to select the whole row and column. After selecting the column or row, you can provide any formatting function that is available in the right-hand side menu.
For your feedback, I've included a screen recording. Hope this meets your expectations.

Adding to this, it would be nice to be able to highlight the whole table, an entire row, or column and adjust the settings all at once. It can be time-consuming to adjust each cell individually.
