API to get the Attachment, TOC and Feedback

Problem statement: Unable to get the information such as attachment in an article, actual Table of contents and Feedback received for that article. Currently, we have only Boolean results for TOC and feedback.
Use case: This will be helpful in terms of integration if these are included in Get article settings API.
