We regularly onboard and offboard a large number of customers, so manually adding and removing domains each time would be inefficient and error-prone. To minimize the risk of human error and streamline the process, we need to automate it.

Suggestion:

One suggestion is to obtain an API from Docs360 that enables us to add and remove domains from the list. We can then establish an automated process that triggers API requests whenever a customer is onboarded or offboarded.
