Enhancement - The update article API to be enhanced to include forking the article before updating a published article. Currently an exception is being thrown when user tries to update a published article via API.

Today, users cannot update a published article via update article API (Same as portal behavior). Instead, before update, users can use the https://apidocs.document360.com/apidocs/fork-an-article API to fork the article and then update it. Since, this handles this ask, closing this request.
