Introduce a new API endpoint that allows users to create articles programmatically using the existing “Import Document” functionality. This will enable automated content ingestion from external systems without relying on the UI.

Currently, the “Import Document” feature is only available through the UI, Develop a new REST API endpoint that replicates the “Import Document” workflow and allows users to upload and convert documents into articles.
