Eddy AI analytics - Introduce user filter, When the user clicks on the individual query in the conversations table, show the contributor name(or email id incase we cannot fetch the name) as well in the conversations pop-up next to the query, Capture the data widget wise instead of capturing the data’s across all the widgets as the same, Capture the data chatbot wise instead of capturing the data’s across all the chatbots as the same. - Anonymous user filter - reader analytics, Reader analytics - The top bar should also be date driven, public - introduce filter, by default - readers
- Eddy analytics to show the reader who asked the questions as well for private and mixed workspaces
- All option in all the relevant places - like application filter, workspace filter, language filter
- Last viewed column in All articles analytics page.
- Exact numbers instead of the rounded off numbers.
- A removed contributor account should not be removed from analytics, instead we need to indicate this contributor in the analytics. Same applies for readers as well.
- Export and download should be one operation instead of two.
- Category filter in All articles page.

Examples of such pages are team accounts drill down page, All articles drill down page when a user clicks on the article, reader analytics drill down page etc. Everywhere the filters should be honored.
Reader analytics - Add reader group as a column and support csv export(tentative requirement).
Store the location information along with the user information when storing the article views related information. In reader analytics, we need to bring a filter for location.

One of our customers Yahooinc has asked us to document all the Analytics Metrics available in Document360 and also explain what each of the metrics means and how they are interpreted based on the user's point of view. This Documentation has to be posted on our Docs site. It would be helpful if a short description of the Analytics Metrics is displayed as a tooltip inside the KB portal, Analytics section.
