Currently, the portal provides data on the Last Login and Last Viewed dates for readers. However, gaining deeper insights into reader engagement by analyzing the login patterns of frequent users would be highly beneficial.
For example, implementing the following features could enhance engagement analysis:
- A report or dashboard displaying login frequency per reader over a defined period.
- Filters to categorize users based on their login activity (e.g., occasional vs. frequent users).
These analytics would support data-driven decisions and inform strategic content decisions.
