Problem Statement
Currently, Document360 lacks a built-in API analytics module, making it difficult for users to track API usage trends, detect failures, and understand engagement. Competing solutions like ReadMe provide comprehensive API analytics, offering key insights such as request volume, latency, error rates, and user behavior. Without such capabilities, Document360 users must rely on external tools, leading to fragmented workflows and missed optimization opportunities.
Solution Proposal
To bridge this gap, we propose introducing an API Analytics Module within Document360 that provides users with real-time insights into their API documentation’s usage. This module will track API requests, responses, errors, performance metrics, and user interactions, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions to improve API efficiency and documentation relevance. By integrating analytics within the platform, Document360 can offer a more comprehensive documentation experience and enhance API adoption
