Our company will be very likely be canceling our subscription and switching to another provider if we cannot gain the basic ability to alphabetize our content within the database. It's a feature that 100% of users need, and you're focusing on things like API updates that don't matter to us. We need our clients to be able to locate our help articles quickly and easily, to relieve stress on our Help Desk, and Docs360 is failing at providing this basic functionality for us and our customers. I've already notified our president that I will be researching alternatives, and looking into pricing plans from your competitors.

At this time, we can only drag and move the article manually to reorder them.
It would be better if we have an option to sort them in alphabetical order.

This is a valuable use case to address, and we will keep this feedback under review for now. We will keep you informed once it is prioritized in an upcoming roadmap.
We have received a similar request before, so I will merge this feedback with the previous one to gauge broader customer interest.
