When the project set to private allow readers to signup with customizable fields and pay for monthly access to resources.
Similar to LMS system where users can pay to have access to documentation resources.

Oyster Wren we do support readers' self registration, however choosing reader groups / access should be the purview of the user. For instances, documentation may contain details which all readers is not required to read or have restricted information. And so, its wise to allow users to configure the reader access
