Allow users to manually move endpoint articles to another folder

As per the current implementation, it is not possible to move a specific API endpoint article from one API reference folder to another folder.
To manually group API endpoints, users need to be allowed to move endpoint articles to different folders.

I am upvoting the request on behalf of maria arroyo.
The users created a set of API references and would like to group them for user's better visibility. So it is expected that we allow moving entire API reference into an empty category.
