We would like the ability for comments to be added to the bottom of articles. This would enable users to post questions that aren't addressed in the main content. We could then provide official answers directly on the page.
This feature would be extremely beneficial for our AI chatbot. By having a centralised, official comments on our help site, the chatbot could easily pick up valuable information and use it to provide more accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
