We manage huge index tables (currently on Google sheets) and I want to display parts of them (specific lines) in several different articles without copying and pasting and maintenance tasks.

Hi Mor - Thank you for sharing your requirements. I want to make sure I fully understand your request.
Based on your explanation, it sounds like you’re managing large index tables in Google Sheets and would like to display specific parts of these tables in several different articles without the need for manual copying, pasting, and maintenance.
Example Scenario:
Let’s say you have a table with product details in Google Sheets, and you need to reference specific rows (e.g., product names and prices) in different articles. Currently, you may need to copy and paste the data into each article and update it manually whenever there’s a change. Instead, you’d like to be able to reference this data dynamically in multiple articles, so any updates to the main table automatically reflect wherever the data is used.
How it will work in Document360:
When we implement this feature, you will be able to create a centralized database table within Document360. From there, you can select specific rows or sections of the table and embed them into various articles. Any changes made to the main table will automatically update across all the articles where it’s referenced, eliminating the need for manual updates and reducing maintenance.
Please let me know if this is the functionality you’re expecting or if I’ve misunderstood any part of your request.
Mor Saban
Shakeer Hussain S you described it perfectly
