Allow Groups to be synced from Azure AD

Instead of having to create Groups manually in Document360, SCIM should be used to synchronise Azure Groups to Document 360, allowing for easier membership adminsitration.

Sam Fredericks we have similar requests from other customers as well, and to ensure we shouldn't missing any scenario we are merging with other requests. We will keep you posted once we determine to have this in our roadmap. Thanks a lot for your time and effort sharing feedback with us.

Azure AD Group & User integration

Here’s the scenario:
If I have a group for individuals to grant specific access, I want to be able to delete that group from AD and propagate that throughout all systems connected to AD by disassociating the users from the group in the individual systems. If the user also gets deleted from AD, I want to propagate that throughout all systems connected to AD.
There may need to be some sort of mapping to indicate what groups to include. Document360 should then pull in the users for that group.

This item should be expanded to utilise SCIM for users as well as groups for full user lifecycle management.
Using the roles claim it could also map to document360 roles for users.

Caoimhin Ó Ceallaigh thanks for your feedback. We will have this feature analyzed with our Engineering. We would like to assess the impacts, have a thorough understanding of details to be sync from Azure AD, attributes to be mapped. We will keep you posted on the updates once we complete our feasibility check on this.

Hi Brad - We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. However, we regret to inform you that the proposed solution is not feasible from our end. Nevertheless, we would like to offer a suggested workaround:
You have the option to utilize our APIs in conjunction with user and group synchronization to attain the desired access control and group mapping for your Document360 project. The use case you mentioned can indeed be accomplished through our APIs. If you are open to exploring custom development, leveraging our APIHub presents a viable avenue. This approach entails the creation of users and their association with relevant groups programmatically. While it does require some development effort on your part, it provides a highly tailored solution that seamlessly aligns with your distinct requirements.
