To ensure high quality articles before publishing we like to have more than one person check the article, currently only one person can be assigned in a workflow so we would like multiple people at this stage. We would like to have a state for there review as well so we can track who completed the review.

We also need to have multiple people Review and accept without moving to the next workflow stage. For example we have SOPs that other departments need to approve before we publish the new or updated SOP. Currently we would have to add Approver 1, Approver 2, Approver 3 etc. but each approver can move the SOP to the next workflow stage.

Allowing multiple people to be assigned to a review is crucial for many teams. It's a workflow feature that's available in a lot of other CMSs, such as SharePoint and Paligo.

This is a crucial feature for us. We have multiple product owners for different features and usually have a short turn-around time from the completion of documentation to its publishing. We don't have time to do a sequential review.
