To ensure high quality articles before publishing we like to have more than one person check the article, currently only one person can be assigned in a workflow so we would like multiple people at this stage. We would like to have a state for there review as well so we can track who completed the review.

Allowing multiple people to be assigned to a review is crucial for many teams. It's a workflow feature that's available in a lot of other CMSs, such as SharePoint and Paligo.

This is a crucial feature for us. We have multiple product owners for different features and usually have a short turn-around time from the completion of documentation to its publishing. We don't have time to do a sequential review.
