The "Page Help" section in the KB widget shows the AI search bar. However, the same search bar is not available in the Knowledge Base tab when "Show article" is enabled in settings.
We feel, the AI search bar in the Page Help section serves no purpose (image 1). Instead, it should be available in the Knowledge Base tab at the top (image 2) so they can jump to the relevant section or article within that space to learn more about a topic.
Also, this will prevent the reader from switching between the two tabs simply to use the AI search. We propose and by design, it should be one click stop for search and related info.
