Additional columns for reader (csv) export feature

Would be nice if the reader-export (CSV) feature (which is new and awesome :)) had other attributes beyond name and email. Ideally would have reader group membership, last login details and any other attributes easily passed to the CSV report.

Mike Boe Stephen Kairys now the system provides data with columns First Name, Last Name, Email, Groups associated and last login information as well.

And I would extend this request to the display of readers on-screen. Seems like a simple change and there's plenty of room for it. Thanks.
