Hi Indirect Shrew - I've taken a look at the current triggers available in Zapier as shown in the screenshot. To ensure I understand correctly, you're requesting the addition of a new trigger that would activate when an article is updated. This trigger would complement the existing ones for new articles, documents, and documents in a folder. Here is the screenshot for your reference. Is this an accurate reflection of your request?

Shakeer Hussain S: the example automations that I'm looking to build in Zapier would be:
- If an article in Document360 is updated, update the status in an Excel sheet.
- If a new Feedback is added, create a Task in Salesforce
Right now we can't do this because the only trigger we have in Zapier is New Article created
