Add # tag for H3 & H4 heading formats and add them to the Table of Content

Right now, we have to manually add ids to h3s and h4s in HTML in order to make them jump links - Doc360 would save us a bunch of time (and also help promote consistency) if ids we're automatically by the app. We've also discussed internally how cool it would be if the Table of Contents included h3s and h4s too - but for now if all headings had ids, that would be a great start!

I do agree with Dave. It would be nice if one could select the heading levels to be included into TOCs.

Hi everyone, I see this request has been out for a while. It would be great if one could configure whether Level 3 and Level 4 headings could be included in the ToC as well (with indents). That way navigation through larger articles is made much easier for the readers. Thanks in advance!

This wouldn't work for us in regards to all headings being displayed in the table of contents. Not everyone wants to see all headings. A more elegant approach would be to make the table of contents configurable so you can specify which headings to display.
