There is a need for us to be able to notify reviewers, specifically through an email channel, when an article's status enters 'Needs Review' or 'Stale'.

Currently we can map notifications for when an article's status moves from 'Needs Review' to 'Reviewed', but NEED the ability to have a notification when it 'Needs Review'
