Add Revision Number

When forking an article in the editor you get a version number on the top bar (Rev 1, 2, 3 etc.) but once you publish that article you only see "updated on [date]"
Can we have an option to also show the revision number next to the updated date?

Hi Glenn - Thank you for reaching out with your suggestion to include the revision number next to the updated date on published articles. We are always eager to understand our users' needs more deeply to enhance the experience of using our platform.
To ensure we grasp the full context and implications of this enhancement, could we kindly ask you to clarify a couple of points?
Location of the Revision Number: Are you suggesting that the revision number should be displayed alongside the updated date directly on the KB site for readers to view?
Reader Interpretation: Could you please elaborate on how the inclusion of the revision number would benefit readers? We’re interested in understanding how this information would be interpreted and the value it would add to the reading experience.
Your insights will be instrumental in evaluating this feature request thoroughly and considering its implementation in a way that maximizes benefits for all users.
We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your contribution to improving our platform.

Shakeer Hussain S: Attached is a mock up of how we'd like the revision number to look, it would be next to the Updated on date
The reason we need this is when we have a new client their documents are updated constantly and technician know that things will change and need the extra reminder that hey, this updated again, this is something they are all used to from our previous documentation system.
Also once a month our clients and our alignment group have a meeting and they go over the documentation we have and previous/current versions are compared, the alignment team since we switched over constantly ask me Hey was there a previous revision, what is the last update date and what version of the document are we on now, our alignment team and our clients like to keep track of the date and version of the documentation we have on their systems and processes

Glenn Elliott: Thanks for sharing more details. We will check the technically feasibility and see if this something acheivable.

Shakeer Hussain S,: This feature would be very beneficial to our organization as well. Maybe consider adding the option to the "Article Header" options in "Article Settings."
This post is from almost a year ago, was the feature mod abandoned? Thanks!
