In Settings > Notifications > Notification Mappings > Project admin settings, you have many granular notifications for actions made to "Team Member" accounts, their security groups, and their roles.
But you have no corresponding set of notifications for "Reader" accounts and Reader Group settings.
To ensure control over which categories Reader accounts have access to, it's very important to receive notifications if:
* someone changes attributes on an existing reader group.
* someone creates/deletes a reader group
* someone manually adds/removes reader accounts
* Someone changes the reader group assignments for a specific reader account
Etc.
