Add Inline code and Code block to text editing popup menu

The most frequent use case for inline code and code block is to select a piece of text and format it as code. Few people are going to be writing code inside D360. Unfortunately, currently copypasting things and formatting as inline code looks like this:
- Create an empty line
- Insert a text block for Inline code.
- Type a couple of characters so the formatting doesn't just disappear.
- Paste the text you want as plain text in the middle of the extra characters (otherwise the formatting doesn't take).
- Remove the extra characters.
So please, let users just select text and apply a code style.
