Add Icon, Comment & Rev History to Deprecated Articles
backlog

We would like the following enhancements for deprecated articles:
- Reflect the deprecated comment in the KB portal article header, similar to what's visible in the KB published article. (see screenshots)
- Reflect a color-coded icon next to the deprecated article name in the KB portal article. (see screenshots)
- Display the deprecation date and comments in the revision history of that article.
- If an article is removed from deprecation, display revision history info in the same manner noted above.
Thanks

Hi Lisa
Thanks for outlining these suggestions in detail. We understand the need to improve visibility for deprecated articles within the KB portal — ensuring consistency with how deprecation is displayed in the published site.
Your proposal to show a
color-coded icon
beside deprecated article titles, reflect deprecation comments and date
in the header, and record these updates in revision history
would enhance clarity and content management for editors. We’ll assess this enhancement based on overall customer demand. If we see strong traction for improving deprecation visibility and traceability, we’ll consider including it in a future iteration of the article management experience.
