Add graphic indication on Discussion Icon

There should be a graphical indication to show that there are comments available. Otherwise, writers have to click on every Discussion icon for every topic to figure out where reviewers left their comments. The indication could be a number (for how many comments are in the discussion) or simply changing the icon color.
