Add Document360 to MS Teams as an application
C
Chris Timms
MS Teams is only available currently in the chat section in Teams and in the old Teams as an option to Search. I would like to see the ability to add it as a Teams application on the left side of the Teams application in the applications list.

Teams Integration - segmented access

Private contents shouldn't display in the search, it should ask the user to login to view those contents. An user should not see the preview of the private article is what requested by the customer ScriptSave.com.

It would be helpful if we have an option to add the 'Document360' application to the left navigation pane in Microsoft Teams when we add the extension.

Pinning Document360 to Left-Side Navigation in Teams
Akash Sivaraman
We would like to request the ability to pin Document360 to the left-side navigation of Microsoft Teams for quicker and easier access. By allowing users to pin Document360 directly in the Teams interface, it will significantly streamline workflow and improve efficiency, particularly for teams that frequently access knowledge base articles or other resources stored in Document360.

Admin-Level API Key Authentication for "MS Teams"
A
Athithiyien Balasubramani
As per the current implementation, API key authentication for the 'Document360' application in 'Teams' cannot be done at the admin level. Instead, each user must update the API key for authentication.
Please enable API authentication at the admin level, as the API key needs to be shared across users.

MS Teams - Private Channels
James McKenna
Could we please see about allowing the Document360 integration with MS Teams work within private channels? As of right now, a user is not able to search below the chat bar in a private channel, that functionality only works within public channels.

Feedback received on KB site:
This integration is a good first step to working with Teams but need to evolve this integration to where the API key doesn't need to be saved on each individual user's computer. Needs to be able to be managed at the O365 admin level. Also don't believe it has the user sign in so they get to see the whole knowledge base vs what may be appropriate for their role.
