Add article ID to all API calls
under review
Abby Dong
Add the article ID to all API event payloads. Currently the article ID does not send with Visibility Changed or Delete events. This is a critical piece of missing information for article management via API. The article ID should be included in all API calls to ensure the correct and intended article is being managed.

Abby - Thank you for contacting us regarding this request. It appears to be a valid inquiry, and we will explore ways to promptly incorporate this internal event. I will provide you with updates regarding the ETA.
Abby Bianca - I find the Chatbot to be an intriguing topic for discussion. I am interested in comprehending its use case and exploring how we can incorporate it into Document360. Would you be open to having a brief phone conversation to better understand your requirements?

Abby Dong Out of curiosity, how/why are you managing your articles with APIs? Are you sharing them to another app?
Abby Dong
Bianca Ragsdale: I'm not the developer for it (just speaking to their needs here) but we have an internal chatbot we use that consumes this data. We can't connect it directly to D360 for security reasons, so we host a repo of sorts for the bot to look at and consume the data. When articles are changed in D360 (such as a visibility change or a deletion), we can't tell the bot which articles to stop looking at. Several of our articles have the same name due to the nature of our product, so we can't workaround it that way. We have some other use cases outside of this internal chatbot, but this is the current one we're focused on.

Abby Dong: Thanks for the extra context! We're exploring using a chatbot, so this is useful info.
