Add Activity Log Entry When a Reader Revokes Their Own Feedback

It would be great to have an activity log entry when the original reader revokes their own feedback. Currently, the feedback status changes to Closed without any corresponding discussion history, making it difficult to track who performed the action and when. Logging this event would improve auditability, transparency, and provide a consistent feedback history.

This enhancement is already planned.
The planned implementation will add an activity log entry when a reader revokes their own feedback, capturing the action in the discussion history. This will improve auditability, provide better visibility into who performed the action and when, and ensure a more complete and consistent feedback history.
