If I want to contact the user of a feedback then the only option is to reply and close, I would like as per here that I can used planned, etc as per the status's available in the feedback manager

Requesting an option to keep feedback open after using the "Notify to end user" action. Currently, it auto-closes the feedback, preventing the user from responding if they're not fully satisfied.
Reason:
To allow continued discussion and ensure user concerns are fully addressed before closing.

This would be a valuable enhancement. This would give us the ability to ask for clarifications, or confirmation that their request was met.
