Add ability to hide the tree from the page

We want to host our FAQs on the Doc360, each question will be a title of an article, since questions can be long they look bad in the tree and make it difficult to navigate the page. We would like to have a layout without a tree with more flexibility of how the articles appear on the page. See an example in the screenshot of how your competitor, helpjuice does it.

Topaz Stork we do have option to hide hierarchy in the KB site, implemented as setting option to either enable / disable in the Article settings at the KB portal.

Hi Topaz Stork, Thank you for your insightful feedback; we currently have a hide category button on the user-facing site. In order to hide the entire tree structure, we can add a toggle option in the settings to hide and unhide it. We have added it to our pipeline and will provide an update once the implementation begins.
