Add ability to anchor link to specific accordions within an article

Currently, it is possible to anchor link to an article's specific section. It would be helpful to have the ability to anchor links to specific accordions - a particular FAQ, for example - having that accordion open upon visiting the anchor link.

Olympic Kiwi, Thank you for your feedback! We have implemented this change, and you can now add titles to accordion headings and create anchor links to specific accordions. However, the accordion will not open by default at this time. Please let us know if this meets your needs or if you have any further suggestions.
