Hi Ritika Dhingra, We successfully deployed the Glossary feature in our August release. Kindly check it and share your feedback.
You can access the glossary feature via -
content tools --> Glossary --> Add Glossary/Import Glossary
Thank you.

Our company uses a-lot of acronyms, it would be great if we could input in an Acronym which then when a user hover over the text they can view the definition.

Turn terms/explanations into links
Gadi Katz
I am looking for a feature like the one in Wikipedia.
Some of the terms/explanations can be turned into links that will refer to other pages for further explanation.
This can be very useful for referring to a glossary for example.

Allowing for Also Known As terms to be provided would be a great way to expand. Then, when these terms were used the tool could suggest the correct replacement in the editor.

It would be great to allow the tool to provide the definition when hovering over a glossary term in an article (there should be no additional linking required)

David Gregory: We would love this option as well.

Hi Gadi Katz, Thank you for your input. We have already added this feature to our pipeline, and we will notify you once it is ready for implementation.

This is a great idea. It would be helpful to have the ability to pull from an index or list so the same acronym being used in multiple articles would all pull from the same source and not have to be configured each time in each article.

At the recently concluded STC conference, there was one team who presented how they were able to use an automation script to achieve this. They basically did a query for all the words across the knowledge base and then compared it with another list that knocked out stop words, articles, prononuns, etc from the first list to get to a final list that showed a unique list of words and how often they were used in the KB.
