Acknowledgement email should be sent to the end user when submitting a form through ticket deflector

Customer has mapped the support email to the ticket deflector instead of configuring helpdesk.
When the end users submit a form using ticket deflector, customer expectation is to send an acknowledgement email to the end user once the form is submitted and ticket is received created to the helpdesk email.
Currently, the acknowledgement email is sent to the to the requestor & ticket is created with the requestor name only if the ticketing system is integrated (Freshdesk, Zendesk).If the ticketing system is not integrated the ticket is created from the domain support@document360.com by default (even when email domain mapping is configured) and the users are not receiving acknowledgement email.
